As part of the VIBZ 2.0 redesign, I conducted extensive user interviews and analyzed usage data to optimize the user experience. By leveraging these insights, I implemented strategic changes that significantly increased user retention.
Additionally, I developed several interactive features that became popular among students, such as direct sticker sending and AI-generated stickers, enhancing both user engagement and creative expression on the platform.
